Return conditions

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, include all accessories and show no signs of misuse.

Non-returnable items

The following items are generally not returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personalized items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, an approved refund may be offered instead.
